Your Bagmark is designed to be lived in — carried daily, travelled with, and loved over time.
With a little care, it will age beautifully and stay looking its best.

Materials Used

Bagmark products are crafted using high-quality vegan leather, selected for durability, structure, and a refined finish.

Vegan leather offers:

  • A smooth, consistent texture

  • Lightweight strength

  • Easy maintenance compared to natural leather

Everyday Care

  • Wipe your bag gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and surface dirt.

  • For light marks, use a mild soap diluted with water, applied sparingly with a soft cloth.

  • Always wipe dry immediately after cleaning.

Water & Moisture

  • Vegan leather is water-resistant, not waterproof.

  • If your bag gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally.

Storage Tips

When not in use:

  • Store your bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

  • Keep it stuffed with soft paper or cloth to help maintain its shape.

  • Store separately from sharp or heavy objects that could cause dents or scratches.

💡 Avoid hanging your bag for long periods, as this may strain the straps.

Handling & Usage

  • Avoid overloading your bag beyond its intended capacity to preserve structure and stitching.

  • Keep away from sharp objects that may scratch or puncture the surface.

  • Prolonged exposure to heat, humidity, or direct sunlight may cause fading or surface changes over time.

Colour Transfer Warning

Dark fabrics (such as denim) may transfer colour onto lighter-coloured bags, especially in humid conditions.

To reduce risk:

  • Avoid prolonged contact with dark or dyed clothing

  • Store your bag separately from dark items

What to Avoid

To keep your Bagmark in top condition, please avoid:

  • Solvents, alcohol-based products, or nail-polish remover

  • Excessive friction against rough surfaces

  • Overexposure to sunlight or moisture

  • Ironing or steaming the bag

Natural Ageing

With regular use, your bag may show subtle signs of wear — this is normal and part of its character.
Proper care will ensure it remains functional, structured, and stylish for years to come.
